The dvr itself it's very nice , compact, easy to install,camera quality is good but the zosi app does not work at all, connect very slowly and freezes a lot.Also you can only watch one camera at the time.Will be returning the product. Being unable to watch through the app defeats the whole purpose of acquiring a surveillance system! After a few weeks of constantly crashing when trying to connect , the app started to work , I had to reinstall a few times the app. Also I discovered how to switch from single camera to multiple camera view. If you tap on the screen , on the bottom of the screen right in the middle you will see a number , from there you can select 1 ,4 or 8 cameras to view. Overall , very nice system , image is very bright and clear. The app gave me some headache in the beginning but after a few weeks it stopped crushing and I can now use it as needed. Hope this helps people that are interested in buying one of these products !

I bought two sets of CCTV from ZOSI a year ago. First of, no problems with shipping etc.. cameras were fairly easy to install. Picture quality is not mind blowing- struggle to read number plates from 15-20 meters. Anyway, 4 cameras died after 10 months. Contacted ZOSI customer service to arrange replacement via manufacturer 1 year warranty. After about dozen emails exchange AMY sorted out for me and after few days I had new cameras delivered (upgraded versions). My rating would be less stars if it wasn't for her and her commitment to the case. Thanks Amy, they are lucky to have you.

Bought this sytem to replace an old system. I deliberately bought a POE system for ease of installation. Compared to my old system I found the interface on the NVR very clunky and not intuitive at all. The mobile app was even worse and a real pain to get it working. Once I had it all setup, one-by-one the cameras started to fail. Zosi did replace one without any fuss. I found the AI intruder recognition to be very crude and unreliable. I had added a PTZ camera to the system, but this was slow, noisy, and again, the AI intruder recognician was almost useless. Zosi sent me 3 different firmware files to try and get it working properly, including adding a "return to home-position" update that it never had. This never worked. Finding an "event" on the NVR is difficult and time-consuming. The NVR records an "event", then marks the file *after* the event (sometimes), so you have to rewind and try to find what/why it had decided to flag an "event". The Zosi cameras do seem to be good quality and solidly built, but the firmware seems to be still in it's infancy and needs a lot more development/refinement. Then....In less than a year, the NVR died and refused to start-up. At this point I gave up with it and bought a Reolink system. The difference is literally night-and-day. The new system plugged in easily, self-configured new cameras, and the NVR is amazingly smart and intuitive. The Reolink AI works brilliantly, and the Mobile App is very intuitive and works perfectly. So, I wasted over £700 on the Zosi system, before having to dump it in less than a year. I would recommend a Reolink or Annke system for great value for money, intuitive interfaces and reliability.

Very easy to set up although wires are a little chunky, main issue is that you cannot read number plates at night due to the reflection of the lights on camera, plus being only black and white at night does make it hard to pick things out. It's a good system for the money but in hindsight I wish I had spent a bit more money and got s better one. Wouldn't want to rely on this alone for montering property as half the time you can't even tell the number plate. As you can see from pic unless you know the person/car you would struggle to tell who it is.
